Kyle was magnificent! I don't want to sound too hyperbolic, but she came to meet with us (my siblings and I), laid out a gameplan, and then executed it to a tee. As a group we were expecting a certain amount that we thought would be fair to both the buyers and ourselves. With Kyle's planning we came to an agreement (between siblings), and turned it over to Kyle. Before we could hold an open house she had blasted an email to other agents/brokers to arrange for them to bring in their clients for a first peek.
